Our response to process issues and critical processes
- The quality of the company’s own or previous third-party production did not meet the customer’s expectations – the solution: Ursa-Chemie took over production and still ensures the desired and, above all, consistent quality to this day.
- The lack of security of 100% in-house production led to a single point of failure – the solution: Ursa-Chemie acts as a backup supplier for a portion of the total quantity. Since we act outside our own structures and are independent, we can compensate for our own theoretical failure more easily.
- Your own facilities are severely damaged by storms and cannot be used – the solution: Ursa-Chemie temporarily takes over production while the customer rebuilds the company’s own facilities. Interruption of operations and the associated loss have thus been averted.
- The previous contract manufacturer terminates the contract and ceases operations – the solution: Ursa-Chemie takes over contract manufacturing as well as the entire product range at short notice and facilitates rapid product transfer thanks to its extensive expertise across all sectors.
