The employees of Ursa-Chemie are basically a valuable part of the company's success.
Health at the workplace has been in focus for many years and led to a company health management system in 2016.
These efforts have now been rewarded by the AOK Rhineland-Palatinate. Out of more than 50 applications, Ursa-Chemie was judged by the Juri to be particularly innovative. Ursa-Chemie thus took first place in the innovation competition "AOK-Mehrwert 2017". In view of the relatively small size of the company, the laudatory speech, for example, described in detail the form of in-house communication using a self-designed URSA Inside App as exemplary.
The management, the CHM-Coordinator and employee representatives had to wait three long hours until Ursa-Chemie was called up and honored as overall winner after the award of various regional prizes. Besides this price is provided with 5.000 € prize money, which we are allowed to use for further CHM activities.
Ursa-Chemie regards the award as an incentive for the company and for each individual employee to continue to deal with the topic of health.
