At UCM, these training sessions also take place twice a year and focus on mandatory topics such as fire protection, first aid and data protection. But other topics, such as dealing with deviations, communication with the work environment, or timely and current topics such as mental stress, are also elaborated and brought to the attention of employees in order to take preventive action.<\/p><p>Regular refresher training on these topics is crucial in order to increase safety in the workplace and prevent accidents. It is therefore important that employees take these training courses seriously and actively participate in them. Only in this way can they really internalize the knowledge and act correctly in an emergency.<\/p><p>Exercises also play an important role in preparing employees for a possible emergency situation and preparing them to react appropriately in an emergency. This is the only way they can act quickly and safely in dangerous situations and avoid damage.<\/p><p>To make the training day more pleasant and to motivate the employees, physical well-being is also provided. During the joint breakfast break, participants can fortify themselves and exchange ideas with each other. This helps to create a sense of community and motivate employees to actively participate in the training sessions.<\/p><p>Overall, training and instruction are an important part of occupational safety and health. They serve to make employees aware of potential hazards and provide them with the necessary knowledge to avoid them. At UCM, these trainings are taken very seriously and are conducted regularly to increase workplace safety and prevent accidents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
