Our newly installed photovoltaic system is not only a response to the current challenges of the energy crisis, but also a contribution to environmentally friendly business practices. In this blog post, we take you on a journey through the development, performance and future plans for our new photovoltaic system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The idea in times of energy crisis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The idea to install our photovoltaic system was born in the midst of the energy crisis, when rising energy prices were putting a strain on the economy. At this point, it became clear that generating energy in-house was not only more cost-effective than purchasing it from a supplier, but could also contribute to energy security.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Economic and ecological benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, the advantages of the photovoltaic system go far beyond the financial savings. By generating energy locally, we can work autonomously to some extent and at the same time make a contribution to environmental protection. Electrification in various areas is steadily increasing, and the plant is already being expanded to meet future demand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Technical details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Size of the system: 422.4 kWp<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three inverters with 125 kW output each<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Annual electricity generation: 322,000 kWh<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self-consumption rate: 80%<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Feed into the grid: 20%<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Degree of self-sufficiency: 44<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CO\u2082 savings: 193 tonnes\/year<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Savings in electricity costs per year: over \u20ac30,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sustainability and future outlook:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The focus of our photovoltaic system is primarily on self-consumption. Feeding into the grid is a positive side effect that allows us to use the surplus to plough back some money. The self-sufficiency, CO\u2082 savings and reduction in electricity costs demonstrate the long-term success of our investments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our photovoltaic system not only makes economic sense, but also contributes to a sustainable future.
