Afterwards, the most important and latest topics of the works council were presented and openly discussed with the staff. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A special moment of the day was the honouring of our long-serving employees: several colleagues were recognised for 25, 30 and even 40 years of loyalty and commitment to Ursa-Chemie. This long-standing loyalty is not only a sign of reliability and dedication, but also an expression of a strong corporate culture based on trust, cohesion and mutual appreciation. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ceremonial presentation of the anniversary certificates was a visible expression of gratitude for decades of service \u2013 a proud moment for the honourees, but also for us as a company. Because each and every one of them contributes with their knowledge, experience and commitment to making Ursa-Chemie what it is today. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to congratulate all those celebrating their anniversaries and thank them for their many years of loyalty, hard work and valuable support.
