These included: <\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Handling acids and alkalis<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Handling toxic substances<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>explosion protection<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Handling combustible and flammable substances<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Handling CMR substances<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>crane training<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Working with personal protective equipment against falls from a height<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Hazard prevention and damage limitation plan<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Media contingency plan<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Operating instructions for container transport and lorry\/tanker loading<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>forklift training<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For our newer colleagues, the block meant one thing above all else: lots of new content, lots of knowledge and the certainty of being well prepared for everyday work. For long-standing employees, on the other hand, the focus was on regular refresher training \u2013 because only what we encounter on a regular basis can we routinely recall in an emergency. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Ursa-Chemie, continuous training is not just an obligation, but an essential component of our corporate culture.
