This material is characterised by its excellent corrosion resistance and is ideal for demanding chemical processes. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The boiler is equipped with a jet mixer as a stirring device \u2013 a combination that offers numerous advantages for our customers.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Homogeneous mixing \u2013 without air entrainment<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The power jet mixer used ensures effective micro and macro mixing of the entire container contents. The result is consistently high product quality throughout the entire batch. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A decisive advantage:<br>\ud83d\udc49 No air enters the product.<br>This is particularly important for sensitive substances where oxygen or foam formation can be problematic.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Vertical mixing across all levels<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The special rotor-stator-rotor design creates a pronounced vertical flow that mixes the entire tank contents \u2013 not just the surface.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2714\ufe0f Heavy sediments are reliably suspended<br>\u2714\ufe0f Mixing below the product level is possible even when only half of the boiler is in use<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This keeps the process stable and reproducible \u2013 regardless of the fill level.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>High energy and process efficiency<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another advantage is energy efficiency:<br>up to 90% of the energy used is converted directly into effective vertical flow. Unnecessary rotation of the contents is avoided. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, no vortices are created, which:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>the aerial photograph reduced<\/li><li>Foam formation minimised<\/li><li>and increased process stability<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The result: shorter processing times, better use of raw materials and good product quality.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Thermal capabilities &amp; viscosities<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our facility also offers:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Heat to approx. 145 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Cool to approx. 10 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li><li>Processing of products with <strong>Viscosities up to max. 1,000 mPa\u00b7s <\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This makes the system suitable for a wide range of different recipes and processes.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Flexible attachments &amp; filling options<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on customer requirements, the boiler can be individually supplemented, e.g. with:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Candle or plate filters<\/li><li>disperser<\/li><li>Connection to storage tanks up to 30,000 litres<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are also flexible when it comes to bottling:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>canister<\/li><li>barrels<\/li><li>Folding container with inner liner<\/li><li>IBCs<\/li><li>tanker<\/li><li>or smaller containers via our small-scale filling area (semi-automatic, on request)<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Proven in many industries<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our system is regularly used in:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>the chemical industry<\/li><li>cosmetics production<\/li><li><strong>agricultural industry<\/strong><\/li><li>and many other areas<\/li><\/ul><p
