procedure<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The current flight path:<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Plant 2 \u2192 Plant 1 \u2192 Plant 2<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Drohne startet derzeit in Werk 2, bringt die Probe zu Werk 1 (QS-Labor) und kehrt anschlie\u00dfend zur\u00fcck.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This creates additional preparation work, especially for production staff.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are therefore currently examining:<br>Would a sequence of Plant 1 \u2192 Plant 2 \u2192 Plant 1 be more efficient?<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here too, the project is open-ended.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>This is how a drone flight currently works<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite all the optimisation ideas, the process is clearly structured:<\/p><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Coordination between production and QA laboratory<\/li><li>Check battery level<\/li><li>Upgrade and assemble drone<\/li><li>Invite sample securely<\/li><li>Perform drone flight<\/li><li>take a sample<\/li><li>Perform return flight<\/li><li>Disarm the drone again<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technically, the flight works reliably \u2013 now it&#8217;s a matter of further optimising processes.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Why we are celebrating the project anyway<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What do we particularly like?<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>That we dare to break new ground<\/li><li>That we are consciously launching a pioneering project<\/li><li>That everything is considered with an open mind<\/li><li>That employees are actively involved<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And yes \u2013 this new technology is also being discussed among my circle of friends.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denn innovative L\u00f6sungen entstehen nur, wenn man sie ausprobiert.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For us, sending samples by drone is not a finished product, but a learning process.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The technology is impressive.
