Modern internal communication today must be one thing above all else: simple, secure and accessible to all staff. That is precisely why we at Ursa-Chemie GmbH chose the Quiply<\/a> staff app. <\/p>

We had previously been using a different solution. However, the licensing models at the time were no longer suited to our requirements and the size of our company in the long term. We therefore made a conscious decision to look for an alternative that would be both functionally and economically sound \u2013 whilst at the same time meeting the highest standards of data protection and data security. <\/p>

With Quiply, we have found exactly the right solution.<\/p>

One issue that was particularly important to us was where our data is stored and how secure the entire system is. Certified security standards and GDPR-compliant processes are essential, especially when sensitive functions such as digital payslips or sick leave notifications are to be integrated. With Quiply, we were able to reliably meet these requirements. <\/p>

Today, our staff benefit from a central platform for information, communication and organisational processes. Whether in production, the laboratory or administration \u2013 all relevant information can be accessed quickly and is immediately available. At the same time, internal processes are significantly simplified and digitised. <\/p>

As well as traditional news and information channels, we now also use the app for additional features that make our day-to-day work noticeably easier. These include, amongst other things, digital processes relating to absences and documents. The app has been very well received by the team because it is intuitive and straightforward to use. <\/p>

Ultimately, what matters most to us is the overall package: the range of features, security, user-friendliness and value for money must all come together. That was precisely the deciding factor in Ursa-Chemie\u2019s decision to implement Quiply. <\/p>

Our successful collaboration and our experience with the app have now also been featured in an official Quiply success story. It describes how we have modernised our internal communication whilst simultaneously digitising our processes. <\/p>

For us, one thing is clear: digital communication can only be sustainable if it is secure, practical and equally accessible to all staff.
