Flexible production options, reliable processes and the ability to process even complex formulations safely and efficiently are crucial. Today, we are presenting a system that stands out above all for its high-performance agitator.  <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>8,000 litres production capacity for a wide range of applications<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The plant has a production capacity of 8,000 litres, making it ideal for medium to large batches. Whether for technical products, cleaning agents or specialised chemical formulations \u2013 the plant offers the necessary flexibility for a wide range of applications. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vessel is made of high-quality 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless steel. This titanium-stabilised chromium-nickel stainless steel is characterised by high corrosion resistance and is therefore ideally suited for handling demanding media. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>High-performance agitator for high viscosities<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The plant is equipped with a 45 kW Viskoprop agitator. This enables the processing of products with viscosities of up to 60,000 mPas. The actual mixability is calculated on a case-by-case basis using the relevant material data to ensure optimum process conditions.  <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This technical equipment enables the manufacture of a wide range of products \u2013 from low-viscosity solutions to highly viscous formulations.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Safe process control through inerting and temperature control<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For sensitive products, the plant offers the option of inerting with nitrogen. This protects raw materials that are susceptible to oxidation and enhances product safety. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, the system can be controlled to temperatures of up to 200 \u00b0C. This opens up numerous possibilities for temperature-critical processes and specialised manufacturing methods. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Efficient dosing and flexible filling<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A permanently installed metering pump ensures precise and reliable product delivery within the process.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once production is complete, there are various filling options available:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>IBC container<\/li><li>barrels<\/li><li>canister<\/li><li>smaller quantities via our small-batch bottling service (on request)<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br>This enables us to tailor our delivery arrangements flexibly to our customers\u2019 requirements.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Expansion options to meet individual requirements<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on the product and process requirements, various filtration options can be integrated.
