Equally important are precise process control, flexible temperature control options and reliable equipment that can be adapted to different requirements. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">With two plants, Ursa-Chemie has a reactor with a capacity of 20,000 litres, enabling it to carry out even particularly large batches efficiently and under controlled conditions.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>A capacity of 20,000 litres for large production runs<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The systems are manufactured from austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel 1.4571 \/ AISI 316Ti. Thanks to its titanium stabilisation, the material offers good corrosion resistance and is therefore suitable for a wide range of different chemical processes. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A high-performance 15 kW Viscoprop agitator is available for mixing. This ensures that even larger batches can be processed reliably and uniformly. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Flexible process conditions<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The systems offer a wide range of options for targeted process control. Inerting with nitrogen is possible and can be particularly important in the case of oxygen-sensitive or reactive processes. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The reactor also offers a wide range of temperature control options: temperatures of up to 280 \u00b0C are possible. In addition, the process can be carried out under vacuum down to 33 mbar. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A metering pump with a capacity of up to 1,000 litres per hour is available for the controlled addition of liquid components.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>From production to bottling<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the production process is complete, there are various options available for bottling. The plants can, amongst other things, be used for <\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400\"><li>IBCs,<\/li><li>Barrels,<\/li><li>Canister,<\/li><li>Folding container with inner liner<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>be bottled.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Customisable features<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Depending on the process requirements, the systems can be fitted with various additional components. These include, for example, a range of filter options. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is also possible to load directly into a tanker lorry.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The use of a disperser is, in principle, also a possibility. However, a suitable connection is not provided as standard and would first need to be technically assessed and tested for the specific application. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The permissible operating pressure for the systems is 6 bar.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Large-scale projects, individually planned<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Whether it\u2019s large production volumes, demanding temperature conditions or specific process control requirements \u2013 the plants provide a versatile basis for the manufacture of a wide variety of chemical products.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">At Ursa-Chemie, the focus is not solely on technical equipment.
