Contract manufacturing process for Ursa-Chemie
As a contract manufacturer, we coordinate everything closely with you from the first time we speak and assess your project all the way to delivery. We perform a theoretical initial assessment of the project based on the documentation and papers you provide. Then we conduct laboratory tests, including a practical feasibility check.
Subsequently, we negotiate the desired service package with you, including raw material procurement, filling, delivery and certain extra services such as inventory monitoring or independent post-production. After placing the order, we schedule the initial production, which we optionally carry out with your support. Manufacturing is carried out by the best qualified personnel at the UCM plant. Our capabilities range from simple mixing to complex reaction products, distillation, solids processing and GMP production.

As a contract manufacturer, we ensure complete documentation and quality control during production. We fill the product into your desired container and deliver it to the designated destination. We offer weekly tanker deliveries, express delivery for chilled goods or discrete delivery of the products to your customers.

GMP production
In the area of GMP production, we manufacture sophisticated hygiene products under GMP conditions (cosmetic GMP). They apply to the cosmetics industry, as well as to agriculture, food supply chains and other industries that manufacture products with high purity requirements.
Technical production
The technical production area is equipped with special safety equipment for processing hazardous substances. This enables processing of toxic, corrosive, inflammable and explosive or dust-explosive chemicals.
