Would you like to have solid or liquid chemical reaction products manufactured according to your own synthesis specifications, due to a lack of capacity or the necessary permits?
If you provide us with detailed information about the synthesis of your product, that’s where we come in. Your specifications, together with your manufacturing instructions, form the basis for our collaboration. We develop an efficient production process or optimise existing ones, perfectly tailored to our equipment. The scale-up process – from the laboratory reactor through a pilot-scale reactor to the full-scale plant – helps us achieve this.
Our experience works to your advantage. All manufacturing processes are monitored and documented in our fully equipped facilities using PLC process control. This enables us to carry out a wide range of reaction types under complex manufacturing specifications. Environmental protection and occupational safety are our top priorities. All processes are fully documented and traceable.
Our facilities
Our systems are designed for batch sizes of up to 20,000 litres and allow reactions to be carried out under pressure of up to 6 bar and under vacuum at process temperatures of up to 190 °C. Simple distillation or production under a nitrogen atmosphere is also possible.
