Whistleblower scheme
Ursa-Chemie GmbH’s whistleblowing system allows you to report concerns to us anonymously and securely. Furthermore, we undertake not to take any action against you, provided you do not misuse the system. In our view, misuse may occur if false allegations or defamatory statements are submitted intentionally.
To ensure your anonymity, we have appointed our external data protection officer (see Privacy Policy) as the reporting office, who will receive and process your report. The reporting office will then be in touch with you as the matter progresses.
How do we process your report?
Die Meldestelle nimmt Hinweise auf dem Postweg und telefonisch entgegen. Aus Gründen der nicht zu garantierenden Ende-zu-Ende-Verschlüsselung ist die Übermittlung per E-Mail nicht möglich. Als Folgemaßnahme kann die interne Meldestelle insbesondere:
carry out internal investigations at Ursa-Chemie GmbH or within the relevant organisational unit and contact the individuals and teams concerned,
refer the whistleblower to other competent authorities,
refer the case for further investigation to
a department responsible for internal investigations at Ursa-Chemie GmbH or within the relevant organisational unit, or
a competent authority.

Tips for maintaining complete anonymity:
If you wish to remain completely anonymous when submitting your entry, please note the following tips:
In the PDF form, tick the box indicating that you wish to remain completely anonymous and therefore do not wish to provide any contact details for an acknowledgement of receipt or feedback.
Please do not write by hand, to prevent anyone from identifying you from your handwriting.
For example, please complete the PDF form in full online before printing it out. The PDF form contains fields that can be filled in online using a PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader – https://get.adobe.com/de/reader/).
Please use an envelope with an address window. The printed PDF form already has the correct return address in the correct position for the window, so you do not need to write the address on the envelope itself.
Do not write the sender’s address on the envelope.
Please write your text entirely in lower case to prevent anyone from identifying you on the basis of unique spelling mistakes.
Avoid using phrases in your texts that are typical of you and could reveal your identity.
If you have attached any documents, photos, etc., please ensure that their content does not reveal any personal details about you.
