Efficient contract manufacturing for the chemical industry
Has your company developed a chemical formula or a product that you would now like to implement in practice? If your project is feasible for us to implement, we will use your existing process as the basis for technical and economic manufacturing processes on our systems. That’s because efficient chemical creation is at the heart of our services. We have the necessary permits to process reactive hazardous chemical substances and formulate industry and consumer products under GMP conditions.
We use your chemical formula and manufacturing instructions to optimise existing manufacturing processes or tailor new manufacturing processes precisely to your specifications – including transfer from laboratory scale to large-scale plants. This allows us to cover a wide range of manufacturing options relevant to the chemical industry.
We manage and monitor all chemical manufacturing steps in a specially developed, protected process control system (PCS), which is connected to our systems. Before going into production, the raw materials to be used are scanned and the batch data recorded. The chemicals to be used are then compared with the raw materials provided. Environmentally friendly and safe storage of chemicals is a matter of course for us, while we also recognise the importance of energy in our manufacturing processes.
After producing the chemicals, we fill the product into the customer’s desired container according to the batch. These are mostly canisters, barrels and IBC tanks, but often also tankers or tank containers. The filling process step is semi-automated and highly precise. As a full-service contract chemical manufacturer, we then dispatch your finished product to you or directly to your customers at home or abroad.

Stainless steel vessels
Stainless steel vessels are used to make sophisticated chemical mixed products and produce reactions. With a capacity of 500 to 8,000 litres, the mixing and reaction vessels meet all the requirements for a wide range of batch sizes. Various stirrers are available to enable the creation of chemical products with a viscosity of up to 60,000 mPas and more, including inorganic substances, which play an important role in the chemical industry, the metal and electrical industry, the pharmaceutical industry and agriculture, for example.

The temperature-controlled vessels are suitable for process temperatures of up to 180 °C under vacuum pressure of max. 30 mbar. Special explosion protection devices enable approved processing of toxic, corrosive, flammable and dust-explosive chemical substances. Manufacture under a nitrogen atmosphere is also possible.
GMP-certified vessels
GMP-certified stainless steel vessels are used for the creation of sophisticated chemical mixed products under GMP conditions (cosmetic GMP). Here, we create products with high purity requirements. These include, for example, hygiene products or semi-finished products for the cosmetics industry or pharmaceutical industry, or formulations for agriculture as well as other products developed for the chemical industry, which aim to achieve the highest quality standards.

The stainless steel stirrer tanks have a capacity of up to 10,000 litres. Special stirrers enable the creation of chemicals with a viscosity of up to 30,000 mPas, while powerful dispersants allow the creation of stable oil-in-water emulsions. In addition, low-viscosity chemicals with a high foaming capacity can be formulated foam-free using a jet stream mixer.
Solid materials plants
Our solids materials plants are used for the creation of powder products and pastilles, many of which serve as intermediate goods for other industries. We cover the entire chemical production chain from crystallisation, separation and drying through to mixing and grinding. Processing under explosion protection (explosion protection zone 21) is also possible.

In addition to crystallisation vessels with a volume of up to 8,000 litres, we also have an explosion-protected centrifuge for phase separation of the suspension and a vacuum mixing dryer for gentle drying of the filter cake. Different grinders are also used for the final processing of the powder.
Enamel vessels
Enamel vessels are used for special chemical reactions if stainless steel cannot be used. They offer a capacity of up to 5,400 litres, allowing a wide range of batch sizes to be realised. The vessels are particularly suitable for processing inorganic substances, which are frequently used in chemical production, fertilisers, the metal and electrical industries, and agriculture.

In addition to a two-stage multi-flex stirrer, the temperature-controlled vessels are equipped with dosing devices for liquids and solids, offer the option of in-process pH measurements and are suitable for process temperatures of up to 150 °C under vacuum pressure of max. 30 mbar. Use of special explosion protection devices means that the vessels are approved for processing toxic, corrosive, inflammable and dust-explosive chemical substances. Thanks to our electronic control and monitoring system, we can carry out demanding reactions safely and without risk. We specialise particularly in the processing of chemicals such as chromic anhydride and epichlorohydrin in a closed system (strictly controlled conditions in accordance with the REACH Regulation).

As part of our quality control, we carry out cross-process analytical controls of raw materials and chemical end products as well as in-process sampling. We control, monitor and log every step of manufacturing using a partially automated, IT-based process control system. By fully documenting the creation of your products, we also provide you with greater legal certainty and protection in the event of complaints. Your products are safely stored in our logistics centre until they are dispatched and delivered to you or your customers in accordance with the applicable chemical industry regulations. Our location right at the heart of Germany and Europe, directly on the A3 motorway, guarantees efficient transport links.
