Are you considering having your products manufactured by Ursa-Chemie as a full-service partner? We are happy to hear that! However, before we start manufacturing your chemical products, we provide you with comprehensive individual advice – because every customer and every product is different.
After you have submitted your formula to UCM, we look at it from different angles. Together, we categorise them into synthesis, formula or simple mixed products and according to the type of manufacturing. Depending on the “product type”, we also look at the regulations that apply to the manufacture of this product. We then compare the details of the manufacturing process with the technical possibilities at UCM. In most cases, our extensive experience means that we have everything needed to manufacture your product. Of course, it is possible at times that a particular technical facility is not available. But that is no problem either: Together with you, we work out alternative manufacturing routes and adapt the manufacturing process to your needs and our possibilities. For this purpose, we draw on our wealth of cross-sector experience and process know-how without ever disclosing other customers’ confidential information. Discretion is our top priority!

- Quantity per manufacturing batch
- Quantity per year
- Packaging sizes (IBC, drums, canisters)
- UCM label or private label
- Shipping by UCM or collection by customer
- Packing instructions
- Domestic delivery or abroad
- Asking price/target prices

Thanks to our numerous permits and our comprehensive legal expertise, we can also support you within the scope of our possibilities and experience with regard to which chemicals can be processed or not. This way, we can ensure compliance with all legal requirements as well as other measures for the safety and health of our employees.

What can this look like in practice?
Scenario 1
Together we develop a manufacturing process that ensures consistent product quality. It is based on your manufacturing process. With the help of UCM’s know-how, we will adapt your process so that we can manufacture your chemical product in our facilities and ensure that all manufacturing parameters are the same for every batch. This way, we jointly improve the product application and reduce your waste.
Scenario 2
In one of your manufacturing processes, a certain additive has to be introduced in small quantities. Until now, there were always deviations because the dosing in such small quantities caused problems. UCM had the decisive idea: The substance to be dosed was properly pre-portioned at UCM. It guaranteed that exactly the required quantity was always introduced into the manufacturing process. The results were thus stabilised.
