Following a successful brief audit, the Corporate Health Alliance has confirmed that we have achieved the “Workplace Health Promotion” and “Workplace Health Management” levels. This certification makes our commitment to the health of our employees measurable and our corporate attractiveness visible at first glance.
Our management emphasised the importance of occupational health management for Ursa-Chemie: “The health of our employees is important for their performance. Of course, it is important to us that our employees are healthy and remain so in the future. As managing directors, we have to consider not only the human aspect but also the operational aspect: Healthy employees make a significant contribution to a good result. To safeguard health and also as a preventative measure, occupational health management is therefore a matter of course for us. This award shows us that our health management is working and that we are on the right track with our health promotion programme. This allows our employees to perform at their best, both physically and mentally, without having a negative impact on their long-term health.”
