Since October 2023, we have been using the CALIMA digital emergency system to significantly improve the way we work and, above all, the safety of our employees. The introduction of the CALIMA system (www.calima.io) marks a milestone in our endeavours to ensure the protection and well-being of our colleagues working almost alone.
CALIMA is more than just an application – it is a reliable companion. We know that emergencies don’t give advance notice, which is why we were keen to implement a system that supports our colleagues in such situations.
The heart of CALIMA lies in its simplicity and efficiency. As an app on our employees’ service smartphones, it offers a user-friendly interface that can be used to request help quickly in an emergency. A single press of a button is all it takes to alert internal emergency contacts. But CALIMA can do even more: thanks to its intelligent technology, it automatically recognises potential emergencies such as falls or unconsciousness. This enables an even faster response and assistance.
