On 20.05.2022, the Employment Agency in cooperation with the BBS Montabaur organised the Open Air Training Fair for the first time. Ursa-Chemie GmbH was one of 30 companies taking part, including the IHK, HWK, Koblenz University of Applied Sciences and the employment agency. In the informal atmosphere many interesting conversations took place, questions were answered and maybe one or the other interested person could be inspired for an apprenticeship or a practical training with us.
It was particularly pleasing that the fair was very well received, because the audience, consisting of many pupils from surrounding schools, with and without parents, was large.
Despite the somewhat grey weather, the open-air fair was a great and successful experience – we are looking forward to next year!
