Since then, employees have been able to lease a bicycle through the company and benefit from the many advantages of this initiative.

By giving them the opportunity to lease a bike through the company, we want to encourage them to maintain an active lifestyle and integrate exercise into their daily lives.

Our safety specialist and health coordinator has provided us with pictures of how he gets to work in the morning since he took up the offer. With just under 20 kilometres each way, it shows us how easy it can be to integrate regular exercise into our daily work routine.
The management of Ursa-Chemie has responded to the numerous requests from employees and signed the corresponding framework agreements with the regional partner primandis from Bad Ems. We hope that many employees will take advantage of the offer and that we will soon see many cyclists on the roads around our company.
