Today we would like to proudly introduce our newest members of the Ursa-Chemie team. It is an exciting time for us as we welcome a group of dedicated and talented young people into our midst. Each and every one of them brings their unique skills and ambitions to enrich our company.
Ben P. – The budding chemistry lab technician:
Ben, 20 years old, started his training as a chemical laboratory technician with us on 1 August 2023. Even before he started his apprenticeship, he was able to take a look at our day-to-day work through an internship with us and see the diversity of the profession for himself. Over the next 3 ½ years, Ben will learn a wide range of skills, from qualitative and quantitative analysis to wet chemical analyses, preparative work and separation processes. We are delighted that Ben is joining our laboratory team and are confident that he will learn and achieve a lot during his training period. The David-Roentgen-Schule in Neuwied accompanies him on his educational journey.
Matthias L. – The enthusiastic career changer
Matthias, with a background in hotel management studies, has decided on a new career direction and started to gain a foothold as a chemical technician at Ursa-Chemie. After a successful trial period, we warmly welcome Matthias and look forward to supporting him in his professional development.
Emir C. – The prospective industrial clerk:
Emir is just 18 years old and already has an impressive professional journey behind him. With a vocational baccalaureate and training as a state-certified assistant for office management, he is now starting his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Ursa-Chemie. Right from the start of his training on 1 August 2023, he felt comfortable and welcome in our team. A trial working day gave him an initial insight into his future activities. We are sure that Emir will be a valuable asset to our company with his versatility and commitment.
Not forgetting our experienced trainers and the supportive onboarding team who accompany each of our trainees on their journey. Christian, Florian, Rüdiger, Andreas, Gebhard, David and our 2nd year apprentice Lucas are on hand to help and advise our new recruits.
Our new apprentices, Ben, Matthias and Emir, will help to represent the diversity and commitment that make Ursa-Chemie what it is. We are proud to welcome them to our team and we look forward to seeing how they develop over the coming years. We wish them all the best, much joy and success on their path to professional development.
