On the occasion of our 55th company anniversary on 6 September 2025, we were delighted to have a very special event on the programme: the Montabaur Art Association was a guest at Ursa-Chemie and created an impressive painting of our company premises during our open day – live and in front of numerous visitors.
The idea for this creative collaboration arose at a meeting of business representatives and cultural professionals, where our managing director Andreas Möller and members of the art association met. The idea of combining art and chemistry in a joint project quickly emerged.
With great enthusiasm, the association’s artists – Marlene Leal da Silva Quabeck, Edith Rüter, Ursula Geissler, Dietmar Herlan, and Maria Zühlke – accepted the challenge of capturing our company premises in a collaborative work. Directly on site, amidst the hustle and bustle of the anniversary, a vibrant image emerged step by step, capturing the special atmosphere of our location at “Am Alten Galgen 14.”
The event received a consistently positive response from our guests, employees, and management. Many visitors stopped to watch the painters at work and engage in conversation. The result was not only an impressive work of art, but also an inspiring exchange between business and culture.
The finished painting has now found a permanent place in our company building – as a symbol of creativity, community, and our close ties to the Montabaur region.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Montabaur Art Association for the wonderful collaboration and the dedication of its members. Further information about the association, its exhibitions, and activities can be found at www.kunstverein-montabaur.de
