On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, our company premises in Montabaur will become a very special place: Together with the German Red Cross, we are once again hosting a blood donation campaign at Ursa-Chemie – and thus making an important contribution to society.
Commitment that gets under your skin
Between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., employees, neighbors and interested parties have the opportunity to donate blood directly on site. The campaign takes place in cooperation with the DRK Blood Donation Service West and is part of the regional blood supply that saves lives every day. After all, blood reserves are constantly needed – whether for accidents, operations or to treat serious illnesses.
Many people are aware that donating blood can save lives – but it needs one thing above all: people who are willing to actively help!
Ursa-Chemie as host
As a company with regional roots, it is natural for us to take responsibility – not only economically, but also socially. With campaigns like this, we want to make a contribution and at the same time show how easy it can be to do good.
Our location “Am Alten Galgen 14” offers the ideal infrastructure to make blood donations direct and uncomplicated.
More than just a donation
In addition to the good feeling of helping others, an additional incentive awaits participants this year: As part of a nationwide campaign, attractive prizes will be raffled off among all donors – including fan sets relating to the German national team.
But regardless of prizes, the most important thing remains: every single donation counts.
