Discretion is of the utmost importance! After all, you are entrusting us with your secret recipes, and we do not want them to fall into the wrong hands.
As soon as you send us your first enquiry, we will enter into a confidentiality agreement with you – even before you become a client! If your situation requires it, this can even be applied at project level. This means you can be sure right from the start that none of your data or information will leave our company – not even the name of your company.
Once the non-disclosure agreement has been signed, we turn our attention to the details.
We coordinate the manufacturing process closely with you and adapt it to our facilities. Naturally, we work strictly in accordance with your specifications. At the same time, we advise you on potential improvements. To do this, we draw exclusively on industry-independent knowledge and experience. There is absolutely no transfer of know-how between our customers’ products and manufacturing processes; we do not exchange any information, not even with our parent and sister companies. Our operational business is completely self-sufficient, right down to separate IT structures and data connections.

We take the highest IT standards for data protection and data security just as much for granted as strict access controls to our premises, buildings and individual departments.
Our staff also appreciate this prudent approach. Many of them have been with us for many years. This means that their valuable knowledge remains within the company, and you need not worry about a loss of expertise due to staff turnover.
