On 27.09. we, Ursa-Chemie GmbH, presented ourselves alongside 40 other companies at the training fair in Lahnstein. About 600 pupils from five schools in the Rhine-Lahn district were invited and visited the fair.
Our stand was presented, among others, by our employee Christian M., who can also be seen on our flyers. The reason for this is that Christian is one of our former trainees. He trained at UCM from 2010 to 2014 and was then taken on as a chemical technician. In the meantime, he is striving for his trainee certificate himself and is one of our shift leaders in production.
So who could give potential trainees a better insight than a former trainee; Christian was able to answer many questions for the students, provide first impressions behind the scenes at UCM and give some tips on training.
We are very happy about the new contacts and are looking forward to welcoming one or the other student as an apprentice.
