As the festive season approaches, we at Ursa-Chemie GmbH are once again keen to share the joy and warmth of the festive season with our Christmas campaign. In collaboration with Caritas, we have once again launched a special project that celebrates both artistic creativity and the idea of charity.
Together we have designed beautiful Christmas cards that carry a very special message in their uniqueness and loving design. The special thing about these cards is that each one is unique. How do we achieve this? Let’s take a look behind the scenes.
It begins with the loving design process, in which the motif for the cards is customised. The cutting set is then used to cut the motif mirror-inverted into the linoleum sheet.
After the cutting process comes the artistic development in the form of colouring. The desired colour is applied to the linoleum panel with a roller until every detail is filled with colour.
As soon as the colour has left its mark, the linoleum sheet is carefully placed on the paper and placed in the press. The linoleum plate is carefully peeled off to check the print and ensure that each card meets the high standards of quality and uniqueness.
Finally, each masterpiece finds its way into the drying cabinet, where it is patiently given the finishing touches. A text imprint of the company logo completes the card before it is finally finalised and prepared for dispatch.
The end product, which is presented with pride and joy, is more than just a card. Each card contains a message of warmth and togetherness, which is particularly important during the festive season.
