On 12 September 2024, the time had finally come: TV Mittelrhein broadcast the episode of our participation in the series ‘Wäller Wege – Zukunftsfähige Unternehmen im Westerwaldkreis’. This episode was all about our commitment and the measures Ursa-Chemie is taking to meet the current challenges in the search for employees. The filming took place in our company and we are delighted that our recruiting project ‘Ohne Chemie geht’s nicht’ (‘It won’t work without chemistry’) is now being presented to a wider audience.
The series initiated by the Westerwaldkreis Economic Development Corporation (WFG) shows how companies from the region are responding to the changing labour market. In our episode, we share our experiences and the approaches we use to attract skilled labour and at the same time raise awareness of the importance of the chemical industry.
We are proud to be part of this programme series and would like to thank the WFG and TV Mittelrhein for the opportunity to present our project ‘Ohne Chemie geht’s nicht’.
