Our commitment to the region is an essential part of our corporate approach. With our support, we want to promote cultural diversity and the community, but also further establish our brand in the region. It is important to us that our employees can identify with Ursa-Chemie – not only in the workplace, but also in everyday life in Montabaur.
In addition, our regional sponsorship plays an important role in recruiting new team members. We want to attract the attention of potential employees and show them that Ursa-Chemie is not just an employer, but a company that is committed to its region and actively contributes to a vibrant community.
We are proud to be sponsoring events in our home town of Montabaur again this year. After last year’s successful sponsorship of the après-ski party, this time we were able to support the Montabaur Oktoberfest. Our logo was clearly visible on the gable of the stage and additional banners were hung up, clearly emphasizing the connection between Ursa-Chemie and our region.
