Since May of this year, Ursa-Chemie GmbH has had a new digital companion in its day-to-day work: our new employee app Quiply. With the slogan ‘Simple, accessible and communicative’, Quiply offers exactly what we want for our internal communication – and much more.
The app connects us all: whether production, laboratory or administration – information reaches us quickly, specifically and reliably via Quiply. Different channels ensure that everyone receives the content that is relevant to them. From news about our health programme, announcements about company events and internal surveys to important information from the works council or management – everything is sent via the app.
A special highlight: once a month, the management reports on the current month’s results via Quiply. It is also possible to book a personal meeting with the management directly via the app – a real sign of transparency and proximity.
Of course, interaction is also a must: Posts can be commented on and liked – as is familiar from other apps. This not only promotes dialogue, but also a sense of community.
We are delighted with the successful changeover and are excited to see how our internal communication with Quiply will develop. One thing is clear to us: with Quiply, we are even better connected as a team.
