We are delighted to announce that Dr Michael Müller, Managing Director of Ursa-Chemie GmbH, was elected to the Executive Board of the VCI Regional Association of Rhineland-Palatinate in June 2025.
The election took place during the general meeting on 25 June 2025 in Mainz. Dr. Müller will now represent the interests of the industry alongside other committed leaders from the chemical and pharmaceutical industry in Rhineland-Palatinate and actively contribute to its further development.
‘The chemical and pharmaceutical industry in Rhineland-Palatinate is strong, diverse and innovative. I look forward to providing impetus on the board of the regional association and further advancing our common concerns vis-à-vis politics, society and partners,’ says Dr. Müller.
The German Chemical Industry Association (VCI) represents around 1,900 companies nationwide. In Rhineland-Palatinate, the regional association is committed to optimal economic and political conditions, a strong business location and issues such as sustainability, innovation and securing skilled labour.
The election of Dr. Müller to this committee is not only a personal recognition of his experience, but also underscores the growing importance of small and medium-sized enterprises within the industry and the region.
