Vakuumheber für leichtes Lastenhandling von Kanistern

Vacuum lifter for easy handling of canisters

The handling of canisters is part of the daily workflow in many production and filling processes – and this is also the case at our company. To support the ergonomic working practices of our employees and at the same time increase efficiency in the flow of materials, we rely on the use of modern vacuum lifting systems.

Flexible load handling – from single canisters to multiple loads

The challenge when moving canisters lies less in handling a single container and more in the question of how many canisters can be lifted safely at the same time. Our vacuum lifters offer a flexible solution for this:
A manual hook is provided as standard for handling a single canister. However, if larger quantities need to be moved, the system can be easily adapted – allowing two, three, four or even six canisters to be picked up and transported at the same time.

Efficient palletising and placement

In many cases, the freshly filled canisters are stacked on pallets. With the vacuum lifter, palletising or placing them in boxes is particularly quick and safe. If handling by the handle is not possible, the canisters can alternatively be sucked in from the side – for maximum flexibility in daily use.

Ergonomic, efficient and healthy

The physical well-being of our employees is our top priority. Using vacuum lifters not only protects their health, but also increases productivity. Ergonomic working practices and reducing physical strain are key factors in creating a sustainable and safe working environment – values that are highly important to Ursa.

Mobile use thanks to column swivel arm

Our vacuum lifter is attached to a mobile column swivel arm and can be mounted in a stationary position or used flexibly with a movable base plate as required – for example, in the hall, outdoors or for machine loading.
With a working radius of up to 300° and a reach of between 2 and 5 metres, the system offers a wide range of possible applications, even in confined spaces. It can be attached either with anchor rods in a foundation or with dowels on an existing concrete floor.

Conclusion:
By using the vacuum lifter, we are not only optimising our work processes, but also ensuring an ergonomic and safe working environment. This makes handling canisters quick, precise and back-friendly – in line with modern and sustainable production methods.
