On October 9, we at Ursa-Chemie had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Godi Hitschler back to our company. Under the title “Speak up – clear communication for greater harmony and mutual respect in the workplace,” she led us through an exciting and interactive information event.
In two blocks, Ms. Hitschler highlighted how important open and clear communication is in everyday working life—and how it can contribute to greater understanding, empathy, and team spirit. With lively examples from everyday working life and honest insights, she succeeded in getting us all to think.
Our management attaches great importance to open dialogue and respectful cooperation. Only by talking to each other can we avoid misunderstandings, identify conflicts at an early stage, and find solutions together. Ms. Hitschler’s presentation was a valuable reminder of this awareness—not only for our professional lives, but also for our private lives.
