On December 5, it was that time of year again: the Ursa-Chemie team gathered for our annual end-of-year party—a special moment to look back on an eventful 2025 together and raise a glass to each other.
An evening full of enjoyment and good vibes
The celebration took place at the “Esszimmer Montabaur,” where we were treated to culinary delights from Wolke 8. The team conjured up a menu that was not only visually impressive but also a real highlight in terms of taste. Sitting together, eating well, and chatting – every year, this creates a wonderful feeling of togetherness.
Entertainment you won’t forget
The crazy duo from Café Kølbert provided that special spark of excitement. With their charming, humorous, and deliberately chaotic manner, the two brought lots of laughter, surprises, and top-notch entertainment to the evening.
Café Kølbert was founded in Aarhus, Denmark, in 1985 and has been delighting people in over 30 countries with its legendary “funny waiters” ever since. Now we too have had the chance to experience why this concept is so successful worldwide – and we can reveal that it was fantastic!
A year full of highs, lows, and progress
For Ursa-Chemie, 2025 was a year marked by challenges, successes, new ideas, and bold steps.
We have:
- consistently improved our own standards,
- performed innovative pioneering work,
- initiated and advanced important projects,
- and stuck together as a team – through times that were sometimes easier and sometimes more challenging.
We are convinced: We have become a little better again. Together.
An after-work gathering that brings people together
With good food, lots of conversation, hearty laughter, and cheerful camaraderie, we celebrated everything that makes us strong: our team.
