In our series ‘Our Systems’, today we present a true specialist for homogeneous powder mixtures: our powerful powder mixer.
Powerful & flexible
With a capacity of 1,108 litres, our powder mixer offers ideal conditions for processing. The mixing element – an efficient mixing paddle – ensures uniform and consistent mixing of a wide variety of powders.
Particularly practical:
- Addition of liquids possible during the mixing process
- Inertisation achievable with nitrogen
- Suitable for use in hazardous areas
This makes the system suitable for sensitive, dust explosion-prone or reactive products.
High-quality materials for the highest demands
The mixer is made of 1.4571 / AISI 316Ti (316TI) – a stainless, austenitic chrome-nickel stainless steel with titanium stabilisation. This material is characterised by excellent corrosion resistance and is ideal for demanding chemical applications.
Flexible further processing & filling
For optimum product quality, the system can be equipped with a Bexmill:
- Capacity: approx. 200 kg/h
- Target particle size: 20–50 µm
We are also flexible when it comes to bottling:
- Big Bags
- Bagged goods (sewn)
- Container with inliner
- Further options available on request
