As well as manufacturing your chemical products, you can also outsource entire processes to Ursa-Chemie. From planning and process development through to procurement, logistics and product delivery – we streamline your entire process chain, allowing you to focus on your core business.
As a medium-sized company, we are extremely agile. We can often respond to your needs more quickly and flexibly than large corporations. Thanks to our extensive network and collaboration with a wide range of suppliers, we are able to achieve interesting synergies. At the same time, this network guarantees us – and, above all, you – a reliable and rapid supply of raw materials and containers. Standard chemicals are, of course, held in stock and available immediately.
What might that look like in practice?
Scenario 1
You manufacture your own raw material component. This is produced using a specialised process and a dedicated production line. Now this production line has broken down and needs to be replaced. You could invest a lot of money in a new production line … or you could simply outsource your process to Ursa-Chemie! This way, you can flexibly obtain the required quantity of the material whilst using the freed-up space for other projects. You therefore benefit in several ways: your processes become more efficient, and at the same time you gain capacity for further projects. You can flexibly source the required special component from Ursa-Chemie.
Scenario 2
You require a wide range of chemicals, including hazardous substances, to provide your services and operate your technical facilities. If you were to store and process these yourself, you would need suitable storage and production facilities with the relevant regulatory approval under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG). So why not simply make use of Ursa-Chemie’s storage and production facilities?
By integrating your ERP system with Ursa-Chemie’s system, the customer-specific orders entered by your staff are automatically transmitted to Ursa-Chemie. The requested goods are either dispatched promptly from existing stock or manufactured and delivered within a few days. You do not need to worry about sourcing raw materials, storage, manufacturing or delivery. All these steps are outsourced to Ursa-Chemie, yet remain closely integrated into your own processes, which consequently remain extremely streamlined.
Not only do you benefit from efficient processes, but your administrative workload is also reduced. For instance, your ISO 9001 certification no longer requires audits of chemical production processes, as these are carried out by us rather than by you. This also significantly eases the burden of regulatory monitoring and inspections.
Scenario 3
You usually manufacture your chemical products in-house. However, for a particular product or production stage, you may require specialised plant equipment that is not available internally. In such cases, you can draw on Ursa-Chemie’s wide range of production facilities to optimally complement your capabilities and process options. This may even open up entirely new product groups that were not previously part of your portfolio.
