CONTRACT MANUFACTURING ORDERS
For us, order processing also involves
communication and process optimisation
Even before we get down to the actual project, we begin by exchanging information with our client. It is particularly important that we familiarise ourselves with the company’s internal processes and products down to the smallest detail, so that we can identify potential challenges and assess their scale at an early stage. We achieve this by having the client share their knowledge with us and by comparing the relevant circumstances and parameters.
If both parties are on the same page from the outset, the key parameters – such as quantity, packaging, labelling and, of course, the required service – are established at an early stage. In the next step, we ensure a clear understanding of the chemical and technical requirements, which involves discussing laboratory tests and process-related steps in close consultation with the customer.
Our response to process issues and critical processes
Across all sectors – from A for automotive to Z for cement, from technical to cosmetic, from essential products to luxury goods.
Depending on the consistency – ranging from powdery forms, such as granules or very fine powder, to highly viscous substances of 80,000 mPa·s, right through to an aqueous consistency.
Process-oriented – ranging from simple mixtures, through complex reactions such as syntheses and polymer chains, to distillations and separations using centrifuges or vacuum mixing dryers, right through to fully and semi-automatic transfer operations.
Quality-focused – whether it’s a simple visual inspection, Karl Fischer titration or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), seamless traceability in the documentation is always guaranteed, including across hundreds of analytical methods and instrumental analysis, amongst others.
Logistics-related – from small-scale bottling with minimal volume requirements to high-volume tanker-load filling, tank storage, and domestic and international deliveries.
We are your joker
The quality of the company’s own production or that of previous external suppliers did not meet the customer’s expectations; the solution: Ursa-Chemie took over production and continues to this day to ensure the desired – and, above all, consistent – quality.
The lack of security associated with 100% in-house production led to a single point of failure; the solution: Ursa-Chemie acts as a backup supplier for a portion of the total volume. As we operate outside our own structures and are independent, we are better able to compensate for any potential downtime.
The customer’s own facilities have been severely damaged by severe weather and are unusable, the solution: Ursa-Chemie temporarily takes over production whilst the customer rebuilds its own facilities. This prevents any disruption to business and the associated financial loss.
The previous contract manufacturer has terminated the contract and ceased operations, the solution: Ursa-Chemie has taken over the contract manufacturing and the entire product range at short notice, and is able to ensure a swift product transition thanks to its cross-sector expertise.
Our customers therefore benefit not only from high-quality and versatile contract manufacturing as such, but also from our solution-oriented and optimised processes.
Discretion is our top priority!
But have we really thought of everything? We have!
We know how important discretion is to you. That is why we enter into a bespoke non-disclosure agreement with every potential client as soon as they make an enquiry about a project.
