The contract manufacturing process at Ursa-Chemie
As a contract manufacturer, we work closely with you from the very first point of contact, right through from the initial assessment of your project to delivery. We carry out an initial theoretical assessment of the project based on the documentation and materials you provide. We then conduct a practical feasibility test as part of laboratory trials.
We will then agree the required service package with you, including raw material procurement, bottling, delivery and specific additional services such as stock monitoring or independent follow-up production. Once the order has been placed, we will schedule the initial production run, which we can carry out with your involvement if you wish. Production is carried out by the most highly qualified staff at the Ursa-Chemie plants. Our capabilities range from simple mixing to complex reaction products, distillation, solid-state processing and GMP production.
As a contract manufacturer, we ensure comprehensive documentation and quality control throughout the production process. We fill the product into your chosen packaging and deliver it to the destination. We offer weekly tanker deliveries, refrigerated goods via express delivery, or discreet delivery of the products to your customers.
What are the key considerations in contract manufacturing?
As a full-service partner, we handle the contract manufacturing of chemical products, from the procurement of raw materials through to filling and dispatch, including quality control and comprehensive documentation. The environmentally sound and safe storage of all chemicals, as well as compliance with applicable regulations, are a matter of course for us.
GMP manufacturing
In the field of GMP production, we manufacture high-quality hygiene products in accordance with GMP guidelines (Cosmetics GMP). These guidelines apply not only to the cosmetics industry, but also to agriculture and other sectors that produce products with stringent purity requirements.
Technical Production
The Technical Production department is equipped with specialised safety systems for handling hazardous substances. This enables the handling of toxic, corrosive, flammable and explosive chemicals, including those capable of causing dust explosions.
