In 2018 the company Ursa-Chemie received the bronze “healthy company” certificate. In 2020 the certification in “silver” was aimed for. The evaluation has the following criteria:

The “Healthy Company” certification is a flexible procedure for assessing the company’s own health management and shows how the health of employees is promoted. In this way, the commitment is communicated visibly and transparently to the employees.
On the basis of established strengths and improvement potentials, the companies can work in a targeted manner on the further development of their corporate health management. If the basic requirements are met, the company will receive a standardized catalogue with the test criteria from the auditor. A pre-audit determines to extent the processes meet the requirements. The certification order is issued accordingly for the bronze / silver or gold standard. As part of a one-day audit, the status of company health management is assessed through interviews and document review. If all criteria are met according to the requirements, the company receives the certificate.
