On 20.05.2022, the employment agency organised the open-air training fair for the first time in cooperation with the BBS Montabaur. Ursa-Chemie GmbH was one of 30 companies that took part, including the IHK, HWK, Koblenz University of Applied Sciences and the employment agency. In the informal atmosphere, many interesting conversations were held, questions were answered and perhaps we were able to inspire one or two interested parties for an apprenticeship or internship with us.
It was particularly pleasing that the fair was very popular, as the audience, consisting of many pupils from neighbouring schools, with and without parents, was large.
Despite the somewhat grey weather, the open-air trade fair was a great and successful experience – we are looking forward to next year!
