Sicherheit durch Wissen schaffen

Creating security through knowledge

Ursa-Chemie is proud to be a member company of the German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the raw materials and chemical industry (BG RCI) and is honoured to have been selected as an example company for the cover story of the 1/2024 issue of the statutory accident insurance’s “Arbeit & Gesundheit” magazine. We are delighted to have been recognised for our practical and creative training courses in the chemical industry, which focus on “creating safety through knowledge”.

At the centre of this is the conviction that safety is not only guaranteed through the fulfilment of legal requirements, but also through the long-term and sustainable transfer of knowledge. Our aim is not only to convey rules, but to create a deep understanding of the safety aspects in the chemical industry.

The detailed report on the training block extends over six pages, containing not only informative text but also impressive pictures. This approach not only makes the content more accessible, but also emphasises its practical applicability. A special feature is the summaries of “Things to know” placed in the margin as well as a helpful checklist for correct instruction. These elements make the knowledge imparted not only easy to understand, but also directly applicable in everyday working life.

Ursa-Chemie’s practical and creative training approach is evident not only in the transfer of theoretical knowledge, but also in the successful implementation of this training in day-to-day operations. Special thanks go to the smooth cooperation between BG RCI, Ursa-Chemie and the photographer, Mr Ralph Sondermann from Ralph Sondermann-Fotografie und Video www.visum-images.de.

Our partnership not only enables informative training, but also creates a positive learning environment in which knowledge is imparted with joy. Ursa-Chemie is always keen to promote safety through knowledge and will continue to focus on practical, creative and enjoyable training to ensure a safe future in the chemical industry.
