This year, we are delighted to welcome our new trainees and an annual intern to the Ursa-Chemie team. They are starting their careers with great enthusiasm and we look forward to accompanying them on this exciting journey.
This year, two of our junior employees are starting their training as chemical technicians, while another trainee is starting his training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering. We are also looking forward to welcoming a one-year trainee who will gain valuable practical experience in the ‘Maintenance and Repair’ department.
An intensive but also exciting time is now beginning for all new team members, during which they will not only expand their specialist knowledge but also gain deep insights into the practical side of the business. These first steps into the professional world are crucial, and we are firmly convinced that with commitment and support they will be successful.
