Exercise is the be-all and end-all for staying healthy and productive – especially when it comes to your back. In our latest health management unit, we have dedicated ourselves to precisely this topic: ‘Strength training with your own body weight – focus on the back’.
Fitness directly on the company premises
Together with our partner Human Fitness, we organised a fitness class on our company premises that was not only effective, but also really fun. The concept: exercises that are easy to understand and can be done anywhere without equipment – ideal for everyday life.
Why back training is so important
Sitting for long periods of time, little movement and one-sided strain often cause back problems. This is exactly where training comes in: It specifically strengthens the core muscles, improves posture and prevents complaints. The exercises have been explained in a practical way by the experts at Human Fitness and supplemented with helpful tips.
