As part of our company health management program, we want to keep giving our employees new impetus for greater well-being and physical activity. After our yoga taster course has already met with a lot of positive feedback, we are now continuing with another highlight: a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) taster course was on the program on 14 May.
HIIT is a modern training method that alternates phases of intensive exertion with short, active recovery phases. The special thing about it: despite the short training duration, HIIT brings considerable success – whether in improving endurance, fat burning or so-called lactate tolerance. It is therefore ideal for anyone who wants to do a lot for their health in a short amount of time.
As usual, the course is organized by our partner humanfitness (this time in cooperation with Butzis.fitness). We have been working with the humanfitness team since the beginning of 2024 – and are very satisfied with the competent support and the varied range of courses on offer. In addition to HIIT and yoga, we have also been able to get to know courses such as Healthy Back and Exercise in Everyday Life. A big thank you at this point for the dedicated cooperation!
