Our 2025 health programme featured a special highlight: fit boxing on our beautiful terrace – in cooperation with our strong partner Humanfitness.
It was clear right from the warm-up: this course is tough. Under the expert guidance of Humanfitness, our employees were led through the training session with lots of energy and motivation. There was sweating, laughing and fighting – but only against their own inner demons, because in fit boxing there is no physical contact with an opponent.
What is Fit Boxing?
Fit-Boxing is an effective full-body workout that combines martial arts techniques such as boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai with fitness exercises, music and group dynamics. The focus is on fitness, endurance and fun – not competition.
