On 1 August 2025, we at Ursa-Chemie had a special reason to celebrate: four new trainees started their professional careers with us.
We warmly welcome:
- two trainees as chemical laboratory assistants
- two trainees as chemical technicians
By starting their training, they are not only laying the foundation for their careers, but also bringing a breath of fresh air and new perspectives to our company. What’s particularly exciting is that our trainees have told us why they chose Ursa-Chemie and their respective training programmes:
I chose UCM because the company offers me an exciting working environment and also places great importance on providing good support during training. I particularly like the fact that I can gain not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience here. I also really enjoy the teamwork at UCM.
The apprenticeship fits my interests perfectly: I enjoy practical work, want to learn new things and have a varied job – with good prospects for the future. At UCM, I can grow both professionally and personally.”
Ursa-Chemie is a contract manufacturer and therefore offers a wide range of vocational training opportunities – it’s never monotonous. Thanks to our friendly colleagues, there is a family atmosphere here. From the very beginning, we take on responsibility and learn to work in a team.
