Works meeting at Ursa-Chemie: transparency, review and joint look ahead

Twice a year, the entire workforce of Ursa-Chemie gathers for a works meeting. Dieses feste Format bietet Raum für Transparenz, Austausch und Einordnung aktueller Entwicklungen – sowohl im Unternehmen als auch im Marktumfeld. Auch die jüngste Versammlung war geprägt von offenen Informationen, wichtigen Entscheidungen und besonderen Momenten der Wertschätzung.

Results of the mental stress survey

A key item on the agenda was the presentation of the results of our mental health survey. Overall, the evaluation paints a positive picture. This result confirms many of the existing measures and at the same time provides valuable insights into where further improvements can be made. For us, addressing this issue openly is an important part of a sustainable and responsible corporate culture.

Figures, facts and outlook

The current annual financial statements and forecasts for the future were also presented. The economic situation in the chemical industry is currently tense – a development that is also affecting Ursa-Chemie. This makes it all the more important to assess the situation realistically and establish a clear strategic direction.

Our common goal remains to achieve the best possible results, even under challenging conditions. Our long-established processes and structures are particularly helpful in this regard. They enable speed and flexibility – combined with reliable quality assurance. It is precisely these qualities that are crucial and particularly valued by our customers.

Announcement of the new works council election

Another important point was the announcement of the new works council elections. This will lay a new foundation for representing the interests of employees in the company in the future. We wish all candidates every success in the elections and a successful term of office.

Honouring long-standing employees

A particularly nice moment during the gathering was the honouring of two employees for their 25th anniversary with the company. A quarter of a century of service stands for experience, loyalty and strong personal commitment. This long-standing loyalty cannot be taken for granted and deserves special recognition.

Open dialogue as an integral part

The works meeting was rounded off with an open question and answer session. This provided an opportunity to address issues directly, ask questions and exchange views. Direct dialogue is and remains an important part of our corporate culture.

The staff meeting demonstrates time and again that transparency, team spirit and clear communication are crucial factors in remaining successful together, even in turbulent times.
