With this in mind, we recently held our internal training day, during which we dealt intensively with various topics relating to occupational health and safety, the correct handling of chemical substances, immission control, forklift training and other safety-related topics. Our practical and creative training approach is particularly noteworthy.
A comprehensive focus on occupational safety and substance handling
Our employees are our company’s most valuable asset. It is therefore of the utmost importance that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out their tasks safely and efficiently. The training emphasised the safe handling of a wide range of chemicals, especially acids and alkalis. Practical examples illustrated the importance of correct handling and sensitised participants to potential risks.
Immission control and sustainable action
Another important aspect of our training day was immission control. As a company that values sustainability and environmental compatibility, it is essential that we are aware of the impact of our work on the environment and minimise it as much as possible. The training provided insights into best practice and emphasised the importance of environmentally friendly processes.

To ensure that our teams were able to process the training content optimally, a combination of personal instruction and practical application was chosen. Small groups of a maximum of 8 people enabled a lively exchange and the opportunity to clarify individual questions. We also provided comprehensive documentation to give employees the opportunity to deepen and repeat the information. A learning check concluded the training to ensure that the content learned had actually been internalised.
