Your requirements – our processes.
Would you like to manufacture or optimize solid or liquid blended products based on your own formula, but lack the necessary equipment, permits, or sufficient capacity?
You develop the formula, we handle the production: based on your formula and production instructions, we design or optimise efficient production processes, tailor everything precisely to our equipment and, where necessary, scale up from laboratory to industrial scale.
As a contract manufacturer, we ensure the exclusive, reliable and high-quality production of your chemical and cosmetic formulations – monitored using state-of-the-art analytical technology and a high level of methodological expertise. Deliveries are made in accordance with your specifications, either to you or directly to your customers in Germany and abroad. Two separate production areas are available.
GMP PRODUCTION
In the field of GMP production, we manufacture high-quality hygiene products in accordance with GMP guidelines (Cosmetics GMP). These guidelines apply not only to the cosmetics industry, but also to agriculture and other sectors that produce products with stringent purity requirements.
TECHNICAL PRODUCTION
The Technical Production department is equipped with specialised safety systems for handling hazardous substances. This enables the handling of toxic, corrosive, flammable and explosive chemicals, including those capable of causing dust explosions.

Effective and efficient processes
Not only is your production in safe hands with us, but you can also outsource entire processes to UCM – from planning and procurement to logistics. The benefit for you: leaner processes and less hassle.
Our facilities
Our systems enable computer-controlled operation (PLC) and monitoring, and are designed for batch sizes ranging from 100 to 20,000 litres. They allow the processing of products with a viscosity of up to 60,000 mPas at process temperatures of up to 190 °C. Inline pH measurement during the process and dosing below the liquid level can also be implemented. To ensure consistently high product quality in our blended products, we use individually tailored production specifications for each batch.

Capacity 1,600 litres, stainless steel, approved for Zone 0 explosion-proof areas, drying up to 150 °C, nitrogen purging
Powder mixer:
Mixing in explosion-proof environments, capacities from 300 litres to 1,100 litres, stainless steel, addition of liquids via spray nozzles
